Right of Withdrawal (Custom-made Goods)

According to Article 17(c) of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

As our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@eggzibit-com within 30 days of delivery (Portuguese law provides a broader warranty for non-conformity, but asking for notification within 30 days is a standard practice for shipping issues).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@eggzibit.com.

To return your product, please contact us first at info@eggzibit.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In accordance with Law no. 144/2015, in the event of a dispute regarding a purchase made on this website, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution entity.
